The current issue of the New York Review of Books has a fascinating piece by Tim Judah about the political upheavals in Ukraine stemming from its flirtations with both East and West. We won't be surprised if we detect some repercussions in Lithuania; naturally, we're hoping any such ripples don't turn out to be the first stage of a tsunami.
